Service Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 23 March 2026

 These Terms & Conditions apply to all training sessions, programs, and services provided by Athlethink (“we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

1. Weather & Session Disruptions

For safety reasons, sessions may be postponed or adjusted due to unfavorable weather conditions.

  • If weather conditions appear unsuitable prior to your session, you are encouraged to coordinate with your coach in advance
  • Where both parties agree that conditions are not suitable, the session may be rescheduled without penalty
  • If a session has already begun and is interrupted, the coach may adapt the session (e.g., off-court training, movement work, technical review, or strategy discussion)
  • Sessions that are significantly completed may still be counted as fulfilled

2. Attendance & Rescheduling
  • For private sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule
  • Late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited
  • Group sessions are fixed and generally not eligible for make-up sessions
  • Time lost due to late arrival will not be extended or compensated

3. Payments & Booking
  • Training sessions may be offered in packages or agreed formats
  • Full payment is required to confirm and secure your schedule
  • Booking slots may be held temporarily and released if payment is not completed within the stated timeframe
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed

4. Package Validity

Where session packages are offered:

  • Each package is valid for a specified duration from the date of purchase
  • Unused sessions beyond the validity period may be forfeited
  • If you have known scheduling conflicts, you are encouraged to inform us in advance so arrangements can be considered
  • Scheduling adjustments are subject to availability

5. Training Venues & Access
  • Clients are responsible for any applicable venue-related costs (e.g., court booking, entrance, or parking fees)
  • Where sessions are conducted in private facilities, clients should ensure compliance with venue rules and obtain any necessary permissions
  • Athlethink is not responsible for restrictions imposed by third-party venues

6. Changes to Sessions

Athlethink reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances
  • Assign or change coaches where necessary
  • Adjust session structure in the best interest of safety and training quality

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability

By participating in any training or program:

  • You acknowledge that physical activity carries inherent risks
  • You agree to participate at your own discretion and responsibility

Athlethink shall not be held liable for:

  • Any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues
  • Any loss or damage to personal property

8. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

9. Communication & Use of Information

By submitting your details or engaging with Athlethink:

  • You consent to being contacted regarding your sessions, updates, or relevant services
  • We do not sell personal information to third parties
  • Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy

10. Acceptance

By booking a session, submitting a form, or participating in any Athlethink service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
